Welcome to Firesky Therapy
Supporting your mental wellness with compassionate online therapy in Arizona and Washington.
My Approach (is varied)
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience, currently seeing clients in Arizona, Washington, and Colorado. I hold a Master's in Counseling and a Certificate in Domestic Violence Advocacy from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology.
I self-identify as neurodivergent (AuDHD) and am a committed BIPOC ally. That means I bring both clinical expertise and real lived experience to the work — I understand from the inside what it means to navigate a world that wasn't built with you in mind.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in real-life experience. I specialize in working with adults navigating ADHD, Autism, and the full complexity of being neurodivergent. I also support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, addiction, and major life transitions. Earlier in my career I worked in severe mental illness, clinical psychiatry, social work with homeless populations, and domestic violence advocacy — giving me a wide and deep foundation to draw from.
I use evidence-based therapies including CBT, DBT, and ACT, always through a trauma-informed and strength-based lens. I honor the ways that culture, race, and lived experience shape mental health, and I strive to create a space where your identity is respected and your voice is heard.
In our first session, we'll start to get to know each other, explore what brought you to therapy, and begin mapping out the most meaningful path forward — together.
When I'm not in session, you'll find me trail running in the desert. I'm currently training for a 100-mile ultra marathon — because I believe in practicing the resilience I encourage in others.
